Electronic Gaming

The EGD Department acts as a liaison between the Manufacturers, Washington State Gambling Commission, National Indian Gaming Commission, and Tribal Gaming Operations for Class II and Class III gaming systems in all Muckleshoot gaming properties.  EGD supports Casino and Bingo operations with gaming system planning, system upgrades, player terminal installations and removals, and game theme installations and removals.

EGD also ensures that the gaming systems and games installed are in compliance with applicable rules and regulations to help protect the integrity of gaming for both the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe and gaming patrons.  EGD provides support to the other TGA Departments in the areas of investigation, observation and reporting as well as basic IT support for fingerprinting and incident reporting software.

The EGD team is made up of four individuals – one Electronic Gaming Manager and three Electronic Gaming Specialists.  These EGD team members possess a diverse background of gaming experience in the areas of manufacturing, field service, product and legal compliance, customer service, product quality, information technology, auditing, extensive leadership and efficiency
