The Human Resources department supports the entire Tribal Gaming Agency in a variety of areas. These areas would include; full-circle recruitment, employee relations, training and development, personnel management, leave management, HR/Agency metrics, policy creation and benefits administration (to a limited degree).
In addition, the Human Resources Manager has daily interaction with TGA team members and members of management to help guide, suggest, and answer any questions that they may have regarding employment practices/laws, progressive discipline, HR policy and procedures, and all other employee/employment topics.
The TGA HR Manager is a direct report of the TGA Executive Director and also is supported by the Tribal Human Resources department and the Tribal Human Resources Director.
