About Muckleshoot TGA
In 1988, the United States Congress enacted into law the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (IGRA). The Muckleshoot Gaming Commission was created through the Muckleshoot Gaming Act of 1992, now known as the Muckleshoot Gaming Ordinance. The Ordinance was adopted by Muckleshoot Tribal Council, pursuant to its authority granted under the Tribe’s Constitution. The Ordinance established the terms for gaming on the Reservation in accordance with the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act.
The Mission
To preserve and protect the integrity of gaming conducted by the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe and assure that gaming on the Muckleshoot Indian Reservation is conducted honestly and fairly through strong and effective regulation and enforcement.

Over the last 25 years, Muckleshoot TGA has documented
approximately 37,000 incidents and crimes.
